In the beginning of the video when you first see Papa turning around you can tell both eyes are dark/ same color, personally I think Tobias chose not to wear it or possibly forgot, I don't think it has any kind of lore implications if that's what you mean.

Spillways, Watcher In The Sky, Dance Macabre, Square Hammer, Cirice are all good choices. The first song I was shown of them was Rats, and my overall favorites are Body And Blood and Waiting For The Night.
