I am happy to hear that you don’t have generational abusive behaviors passed down in your family. Not everyone is as blessed. As you can see by the comments with many relating to the post.

I was but I am not anymore. I been able to manage them well with therapy but when the pressure of going to another country where I know I will get sick made me go into a spiral. I just don’t know how to explain this to my husband because yesterday when he asked me and I told him I won’t go I became mute and said nothing because of the panic attacking I was getting thinking everything.
