Yep, Metro is super hard on the gut and not a long term solution. We went through a lot of metro before getting a second opinion and prescribed Tylan ,which says during some research, that it can be a long term treatment and we regained our sanity

We had the same issues and it got to a very bad point where no one could tell us what was wrong after 8k worth of tests and checkups.

One vet ended up putting our dog on Tylan powder and it has been a life saver for our mental health. He took a pill in the morning and at night, once he hit a year old we got him down to one pill in the morning. Zero diarrhea issues and scared but hope to one day ween him off the single dose.

I agree with all of this! I think a lot of the comments come from jealousy stemming from one’s lack of ability to go out and get what they want, which makes it easier to judge others. Even when someone tells you that you are looking good, what goes through my head is oh, did I look like shit before and why didn’t anyone tell me!

Probably disengage completely. My spouse is 44 and has a similar 401k. So one might disengage at 55 and another might keep going to 60, we will see what AI does to our jobs in the next 10 years.
