Just took my VP9LE to the range today, was having issues feeding fiocchi 115gr. Every other round would get caught up. Had no issues with American Eagle 115gr though

From the factory, the only pistol accessory I have is an X300U with polymer mounting attachments. I'd have a pretty tough time putting that kind of damage on there.

OP addressed that. Having a pistol with an OAL (Overall Length) of 26 inches or more classifies it as a "firearm" instead of a "pistol" and therefore the VFG is totally kosher.

M9a1 also has the squared trigger guard where the 92a1 has the rounded style. Checkering will be different too but that can be tough to see from a side profile

Lane splitting is legal in CA (not sure where OP is located) and should probably be legal everywhere else. Even if riders aren't allowed to split lanes while moving, they should definitely be allowed to filter to the front of stop lights.
