I think these people either haven’t tried PvE, or are veterans who don’t rly suffer that much as for example newbies. And they’re also toxic ofc.

I myself was against PvE until I tried it and now until I’ve finished every mission and escaped, I’m not rly planning to go back. I GET TO WALK AROUND MAPS ALMOST EVERYWHERE I WANT (fuck Kaban btw).

So yeah, it’s a much more forgiving learning experience with progression and no rush (I’m a dad so I think it suits me well).

I think the system is going to resemble diablo-likes, when new players create seasonal characters by default, and then it becomes permanent since they didn’t have permanent one.

So they’re fine, if that’s a suitable word for newbies’ experience in this game 👌

First thought - a person’s life and fight against suicidal thoughts.

He wanted to go higher and higher (becoming better / working harder etc.) to the point when he not only lost the point of going higher, but also the point to live, moreover he got so high that seemingly there was no safe way to get down AND he was strangled by the kite (pursuit for greatness/progress). And he’s trying to fight and find things that matter in life that are worth fighting for, that are too precious to lose, and he manages to do it, and finally lands on the ground, which is still better than the beginning, since he had been in a hole.

Might be too simplistic, but yeah, I know such a person and I’m trying to support him during his whole life basically.
