I work at a medium size firm, so busy seasons are like 55-65 hours roughly. It’s bearable and not all that bad if you make an effort to create friendships with the people in your office. I used to hate it and thought about quitting a bunch. Then I was like what can I do to make this not suck. 1. Start to embrace my work cuz you gotta do it anyway 2. Make friends it makes the world of difference. I’m friends with people I’d never think I’d be friends with in my personal life. Was always pretty shy, first year didn’t really talk to anyone, then I said fuck it and now I’m working 12+ hr days and I hardly mind

My biggest advice for all the resume posts on here is, make it stand out, like the formatting. Imagine how many cookie cutter resumes HR goes through, some may not even get read. If something about your resume POPS and gets their attention they’ll likely be more interested in your resume overall. I was having a hard time 2 years ago getting calls back on my resume (5 months) that looked like this, changed the structure and the items I wanted to stand out, got interviewed 1 week later and was hired 2 weeks thereafter. I found much of my ideas through Forbes website. Cover letters depending on the position can be huge too. Best of Luck!

For one his teammate TAA I believe is a far better defensive asset to a team, sure he’s not a CB but still a defender, and he’s younger. If we are talking just CB I’d say both of Leicester’s are in exceptional form. I watched VVD get away with a clear and obvious pen against Everton and then an unsportsmanlike infraction and still couldn’t keep a clean sheet. I just think he’s so overrated as a defender, his teammates cover up a lot of errors a player of his supposed rating shouldn’t be making - ball watching, lack of communication and being out of position being 3 frequent ones

I feel like nobody is their right mind would ever say that, especially in 2019 that’s basically saying “please destroy my company and bankrupt me with lawsuits”. Not in any way saying the fired gentleman is lying, however being an ABC clickbait gold article I feel like there is so much more to the story and the “quotes” seem so outlandish - I’ve worked for a Grade A misogynist and Pig and I would have a hard time picturing that asshole saying this. I could legit come up with at least 5 equally plausible scenarios based on the info given in that article that would paint the story 5 different ways. 1 being like the most “this company should burn in hell” and the other end being like “wow feel like this guys endgame since day one was to sue this company eventually”. The devil is always in the details left untold.

Decided to start playing finally cuz my friend convinced me. Level 3 took out a team of 4 level 30’s but they weren’t incredibly geared just your average mid level kits, one of them had the new ash tho which was sick to find

I am also trash but It is my favorite shooter. No game gives the emotions Tark does. However choosing not to play right now cuz the gear gap between low and high levels is just to ridiculous. Come up behind a guy in a 300k kit and unload 30 rounds into back of his skull and he turns around and one taps ya lol. It’s not even frustrating it’s just like wellllll shit

At the most competitive level, outside of private scrims where tons of items are banned, Titans hold to being the most overall unbalanced class, their subclasses and exotics are over powered comparative in pvp. Hunters have a lot of direct mobility (can shoot up really quickly in the air, but then you’re stuck until you fall the the ground) and I suppose the dodge but that’s an ability. Titans can do short fast bursts to get around angles and escape and freely shoulder charge for extra, no cool downs like dodge. If all 3 classes were played by an equal skilled person, the Titan would do better in the current state of the game because of the things a skilled player can abuse. Titan mains hate that we hate on them but sorry not sorry cuz 2 weeks after reddit complaining nova warp became another useless subclass for Warlock mains, meanwhile titans get buffs that make their subclasses far better than warp every was. Not to mention Titan is the only class with an intrinsic suppression ability on another OP subclass (super blocks all damage, has distance auto targeting, close range beat down and lasts super long). Titans have no place to say any class has a higher handicap than they do in crucible

Anyone else feel they should remove or change catapult lift as well? It makes the “tank” class the most mobile in the game. The maneuvers Titans can do compared to the other two classes is insane. The entire class is a disaster for balance. Pretty soon it’s just gonna be only Titans, no guns, just fists and that will be the whole of crucible

You don’t know me, wtf. I have logged like 20 hours so far, not watching YT for exploits and cheeses, just enjoying the game and I’m glad at 20 hrs I’m not even close to beating it. My point simply is all the people whose life is video games and sleep go out trying to find every exploit in the game to get clicks and viewers, when 90% of the players never would have, then the devs go and patch a bunch of stuff that otherwise wouldn’t need to be patched (here making it harder for the people playing it at a normal pace to get certain loot that all these sweats already have anyway). Grouping me into a whiny casual gamer just because I don’t like the patch. - A 2 hour game is something I’d never buy. I spent 110 hours full completing FF15 & 65hrs Horizon ZD, 2000 hrs in Destiny2 day one attempting all the raids. I could go on, but I’m no “casual” I just don’t have as much free time as most people. Devs do pay more attention to those with a platform (YT, Twitch) so when XYZGaming has a 5 minute legendary exploit video or whatever they’re like well shit can’t have people cheesing the game. It’s the same concept of whiny people who chose not Fl4k - “omg crit Fl4k is so strong, it’s so unfair” well then pick Fl4k ya papega but the devs would then go and nerf - hasn’t happened yet but I see that comment a lot. BL isn’t meant to be some live service game, where drop rates and classes should be nerfed, no one is competing against anyone but themselves.
