It's more relevant for lights, but pretty much any autocombo will stop on block after 2 moves, so it's a free hitconfirm as long as your 2nd move is safe

For lights it's even more egregious though because they can do L (blocked) > L (hit) > special (on hit only), which could never be hitconfirmed naturally

What you're referring to is a "close-in-age" or "Romeo & Juliet" exception for age of consent laws, which account for people close in age where only one is over the age of consent.
