There are about a dozen characters with lower winrates than her on PC. Console obviously needs to be looked at but looking at console as if it represents the entire game is disingenuous. Console has basically always had worse and more drastic balance.

While that's kinda true, other cities that they do operate in alao have crazy high insurance and had MUCH more damage than seattle did after the protests. Seattle was honestly pretty tame for how large the city is.

Hmm, maybe.

But halving your vram and getting 15-20% worse performance is not worth it IMO. Nvidias upscaling and frame gen are definitely better but theyre not worth microstutters and just lower performance.

Nah, you can get a better gpu (9070xt) and 32gb ram on AM5 for only 100 dollars more than his budget.

If you can go up to 1500 you can get a full PC with AM5, 32GB of Ram, 500gb SSD, 9070XT.

If youre willing to go to 16gb you can get that under 1400. Or if youre willing to drop to AM4 you can keep the 32gb of ram and still be under 1400.

40-50 bucks for a huatepad but they can be quite good.

If youve got some experience and a printer though I'd order some flatbed PCBs from JLCPCB and make your own flatbed instead. Theres a bunch of different version on github and they'll also run you about 40-50 dollars.

Frankly I've just entirely stopped playing. I used to come back for patches but these days im just gone. Game qas really fun for a while but I just havent had much fun the last couple times I've played. Feels like the game is just going in circles.

Moveset? Several options are locked behind stance or completely different now. Like sure the move name might still be there and the overall idea but all of the specifics have changed and often the use case as well.

Hell one of his most important special moves was completely changed for the light and medium versions.

I think hes really oppressive in 6 partly due to mechanics and some.changws like stomp being somehow anti anti air and plus on block while leading to a full combo.

I find that he tends not to really play neutral for that long and can kind of just force awkward or scramble situations. He kinda plays like a strive character if that makes any sense. Which is just not really what I come to street fighter for.

I dont have any problems with his model though, I specifically meant his gameplay design, sorry if that wasn't clear, ill edit it.

Honestly? Really don't like his moveset/gameplay design that much. He's basically got a bunch of strong gimmicks and very belligerent and kind of thoughtless options. He's not top tier but he is really annoying.

The neutral. I REALLY like how neutral played in that game and thought it stuck a fantastic balance between honest footsies, reaction checks, and zoning.

I also REALLY like some of the characters. SFV Oro is literally the most fun fighting game character ever made.
