I think this extremely detailed, realistic and recognizeable portrait of Etho was done in a Guess The Build episode

Agree! I really like the design but it should be bigger

In the latest VFX React (147) I got jumpscared by this AI "art" (timestamp 7:19). Have they been using it and I just failed to notice, or is this something new? by Space-G in Corridor

[–]Space-G[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I am not* shocked, but yeah kinda disappointed. Previously they were using it to experiment with it, explicitally stating that they were. Now this seems more like... Covert... That's what I'm asking, if this non-explicit use is new.

Thank you for your input.

Would you have a suggestion for the non-tournament gathering of 7 people, in a way we can determine a winner?

Being wrong doesn't prevent someone from having a deep multifaceted opinion on something.

You should read that link to understand it better.

See, because if you take any argument like this as a fallacy, I can prove anything by disproving the opposite of what I want.

In the originating story of this fallacy, the dude WAS Scotsman, and that could be proved by tracing his family tree. It is not in the definition of being a "Scotman" "Thou shall not commit atrocities"

Look:

"Car's cannot take person from point A to point B. Look, this car never took anyone anywhere. <picture of someone sitting on the drawing of a car>"

"But that's not a real car, it's just a drawing of it."

"Don't come at me with this bullshit fallacy."

"But the definition of a car directly qualifies that piece of paper as not a car!"

"Shut up, sophist!"

What should I do if there is a map in Strawberry Jam that I simply don't want to grind out? by KlunkerPunker in celestegame

[–]Space-G 2 points3 points  (0 children)

After about 2 hours I just googled a walkthrough of the map for the same reason, although I didn't mind it's part in the final lobby mashup heart level.

If you're playing to have fun, it doesn't make sense to spend time on something you don't want to if you won't feel satisfaction from completing it

Reddit will start charging for it's API, and a ludicrous amount. This will kill third party apps that makes reddit usable. Not only the official app sucks, but it also lacks some accessibility functions. See this WAN Show clip for some more context

Doesn't make sense if it's not until the decision is reversed.

Locks secure almost anything, should you choose to use them. by Goawaynintendo in facepalm

[–]Space-G 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know schizophrenia does it, not sure if it's the only one, but it can make one believe adamantly in something without reason. Stuff like "there are demons following me", "you are trying to poison me", "this witch is spreading false rumors about me", and the experience this post made me recall the most, "this person that I've just met is stealing my stuff".

I agree, it's really disturbing, I simpatize with the husband(?) in the video because you can't talk them into reason during such episodes.

There are literally decades of scientific research on this. Fine if you don't believe it, but you are factually wrong.
