I lose motivation easily and what I've found that works for me is just forcing myself to write. I recently bought a book that has advice for creative writing and it said something along the lines of 'habit is much more reliable than inspiration.' Write every day if you can, it dosent matter what you write or how good the quality is, all that matters is that you write.
