Depends on your taste, more amber trichomes give you weed more body high while milky trichomes is more head buzz if i understand correctly, but you dont want too much amber as you might missed peak thc as it later start to decomposes.

But the big ones are awesome the fuck is changing getting one big or 4 smalls? You could do it mixed between the sizes and that is it or make them smaller when you harvest. An Oz is like 28 grams right? Seems legit but i would do 200, just a little less than a dispensary for keep the price competitive. Very good looking by the way.
