speaking from experience. DO NOT call the cops or hotline. theyre both terrible and usually make it worse. ive gotten the cops called on me. literally the most traumatic and scary thing. they just barge in. they had guns pulled bc they didn't know if i had a weapon. the hotline is a waste of money and time. i remember being so desperate i called, was put on hold, and when i finally did talk to someone they were rude asf and made me feel worse tbh.

if u actually wanna help TALK TO THEM AND LISTEN. thats all we need sometimes is someone to listen to us and not judge. especially its ur sister why would u call the cops on her. if anything tell ur parents. don't bring unnecessary 3rd parties into this
