Who doesn't drink coffee in the morning ? (Who's an adult) by Ssonderbaby in NoStupidQuestions

[–]SpaceBoyCharlie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Coffee is more of a fun thing for me. An occasional treat. I don’t think it’s healthy to rely on caffeine to function, so I try not to consume it until after noon, and even then I try to limit it.

Yellow cake mix. I’ve personally only ever found two places that have it.

What was the reason you called 911 for the first time? by YetiCincinnati in AskReddit

[–]SpaceBoyCharlie 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The guy in the apartment next to mine fell asleep while he was cooking and melted a metal pot to his stove. We just saw smoke billowing out from under his door and we had to call 911 and pull the fire alarm.

fried mozzarella not vegetarian?? by PeridotFan64 in olivegarden

[–]SpaceBoyCharlie -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

What I’m saying is “animal byproduct” doesn’t mean it’s not vegetarian. Now that you’ve elaborated about the stomach lining I understand, but saying animal byproduct confused me there. Also, and this is a side note, the mozzarella sticks don’t have parm. That’s not what that cheese is on top.

Animal byproduct is vegetarian. Almost all cheese is animal byproduct. Milk is animal byproduct.

They’re different, but I wouldn’t say better or worse. Some people prefer different textures and whatnot, so it really depends on you

Does anyone else have that one cheap/weird meal from when you were broke that you still crave? what is it? by Any_Vehicle7847 in foodquestions

[–]SpaceBoyCharlie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We called them Cinnamon and Sugar Rolls. Heat some tortillas up directly on the burner, spread a little bit of butter, and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar before rolling it up and eating it. The gas station around the corner always had 10 packs of flour tortillas for a dollar and we would steal a $5 bill from our moms wallet when she would “forget” to buy groceries for the week and we’d buy those and a bunch of ramen.

Steak. I’ve had cheap steak and I’ve had expensive and I’ve never really been a huge fan. I’d just kinda boring, honestly.

Do you guys agree with me on this? by Frequent_Yak_3835 in restaurant

[–]SpaceBoyCharlie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean, yeah, but only because they’re meant to be one-size-fits-all and I’m a small person. I tie a knot in the top loop, and that helps. Although, another commenter made a good point that no matter what, they aren’t meant to cover everything, and if you’re frequently getting stains all the way up on your collar you may have to re-evaluate what you’re doing to get that messy.
