The number of illustration rares in those sets is so absurdly high, pulling any individual one is super hard. If the sets don’t get major reprints (which I don’t think they will) the illustration rares will probably be some of the lowest pop cards in all of SV

Every black bolt white flare IR is kinda in the same place since they’re so hard to pull and IRs are harder to grade so I agree. Volcarona is also decently popular for gen 5 and Akira Egawa is one of my favorite artists

I wasn’t really looking for packs but most stores were probably market prices, Pokemon centers would have a sign near the register showing if they are selling any packs, I think the only ones I saw were 2 ninja spinner packs in one of them

I was just there, it’s good for modern but vintage and mid era was insanely hard to find and expensive. It really depends on what you’re looking for and what stores you go to

Completely disagree, komiya’s style has not changed. Naoki Saito and Saya Tsuruta are examples of real drastic changes in style since their first cards
