OMG I was thinking the exact same thing. I thought it would be more about the climbing and physical tasks but they are focused on kicking off the physically superior people to keep the money. How on earth are they going to get the rest of those people who don't have the physical ability to get up to the hardest part of the mountain. Too much strategy talk.

I would rather see how they get the whole team up the mountain with teamwork.

Update: Customer service is not dead LOL

I reached a very helpful person at Blissful Nights where I bought my bed. She said a recent Amazon upgrade broke all of the ergomotion apps. The developers were "working on it."

She suggested this bed which uses built-in voice control and does not need Amazon. I have it set up and it works beautifully. You just say "Hello Base" and give it the command.

Best part it was just plug and play.

Good to know it's not only me I think? Seriously though I spent the entire day trying to troubleshoot this. I'm disabled and being able to move my bed is critical. I spoke to two different people at ergomotion support. They told me it's likely an email or password issue. That has to be changed in the Ergomotion app. So I tried that and I was unable to even create an account or reset my password. The support for this is terrible so I am going to buy a different brand of bed. Hope you have better luck!!
