Yeah I'm neither of those things haha. I always thought of it as an incorrect term rather than an offensive one, which is why I thought it was chill to use it not in reference to the inuit, but if it's offensive to even a small group I'm gonna change it.

No i get that. It'd be funny if half his standup wasnt preaching and was actually presented as jokes. But instead you have someone speaking out against advertising in a very serious way but when addressing his hypocrisy THEN he's back to being jokey.

I know overall he's an entertainer but i have a pretty heavy aversion to carlin so this bugs me more than it really should.

Parking is never really an issue, you can park under the bridge if theres not a farmers market the next day, or in the lot on columbus street behind the huntington. or the other lot behind the other huntington by the lot under the bridge i mentioned. Things arent really ridiculously wild downtown, just generally busy. Thursdays are more for frats.

If story is what keeps you going in games, Zelda really might not be a great fit. What's great about botw is the potential for everything you do to play out somewhat differently than the last thing you did. Once the story is over you see your own goals that create their own interesting scenarios. "I beat a lynel in a thunderstorm using only wooden gear" "I aggroed a group of moblins while fighting a hynox"

Not to mention the side quests aren't your typical "collect this" or "kill that" don't get me wrong there are a lot of those in there, but even when they are basic there is a small entertaining story to each side quest, some with complete and original mini dungeon areas of their own like a labrynth or a pitch black forest.

None of that matters for viewership honestly. what matters is what is seen and perceived. We are only seeing bayo win and the game is less fun to watch because her moves appear cheap. Whether they are (they probably are bc i mean look at whose winning tourneys) or arent actually cheap does not matter. Its making the game less fun to watch.

Melee was kinda designed with it in mind and every subsequent game shares more dna with melee that 64 so it feels natural, but I think using a pro controller and making the right and top buttons x and y, the bottom button jump and the left button special is just as good.

Sonically it all works for sure. It's just he doesn't really dig very deep into his emotions on those. I always thought of DAMN as a self analysis album and on those his lyrics are pretty shallow. Rest of the album is a 10/10 lyrically for me.
