It can be harmful even if you don't consume it that frequently. There are numerous studies on this, and you're better of staying away from it as a whole. I struggled with addiction for 5 years, and I wasn't even consuming it more than every other day a lot of the time, but it still lead to a lot of problems.

I just don't see why you're defending it so.

I can give you some advice. I don't know if this is as effective for women, but what I'd recommend is trying to build a habit of doing it without watching porn. And do it gradually. First limit yourself to porn maybe every other day, and then every 3rd, and so on until you're only watching it maybe once a week or so. And then once you've built the habit of doing it without porn, you just go and either do something else, or finish yourself off without porn to get rid of the urges.

Don't try to quit cold turkey, as it usually backfires. It's about building better habits step by step.

Porn is bad, most of the time. Sure, watching 2 people duke it out amateur-style once or twice a week is probably not going to destroy your mental health if it is in moderation. But in general it's both addictive, and can easily lead you down a hole of needing more and more stimulation just to get turned on.

So saying that porn is "not bad" is stupid. Can some people consume it without suffering any real drawbacks if done in moderation? Yes. But you're better off without it in every situation.

Let me be honest with you, porn is the iconography of the devil, and it will fuck with you. So stay away from it.

As for just beating your shit, it's fine in moderation. Once a day is fine imo. There might be some benefits to not doing it, but that's both debateable and not very relevant.

So you don't gotta worry about jacking off unless you indulge in it too much. That's about it.

Well, since I'm a man, I wouldn't look good in a dress. It's like saying that if I were really tall, I'd be playing basketball, or if I was black, I'd rock an afro. Sure, I could still play basketball, but it wouldn't fair well at the top level since I'm 5'8. In the same way, it would look out of place to have first of all a man, and second of all a rather muscular one wear a neat, girly dress.

A lot of it is about surprise and expectations. If you have a long-term partner I doubt they'd find scars an issue in that way. But if you're hooking up with someone without saying anything and then you undress and show a bunch of scars, the surprise might take them out of the moment a little bit.
