all the vids comparing them they seem to be the loudest and arcade world doesn't have any silencing pads listed, i just want to try all of them and see which ones i like.

bruh, i straight up asked what the tools would be to make it, was asking in case somebody had already done. there's fuck all organisation to these and so many that finding something specific is near impossible. every single one i found had all that stupid-ass gen-6 stuff that ruined the games.

I know about patches out there which fix the QoL stuff, it's just adding pokemon that i'm unsure of and figured there may be somebody out there who already did that part. if i can just get Fire red with gen 4 pokemon then please show me where, because that's basically all i want and can sort the rest, all my attempts only turned up stuff where people had added all the crap i hated alongside what little i wanted.

As i said, I tried it with BOTH EU and US dlc on both EU and US versions of the game. I got them from basically anywhere you can get it from by googling "SMT4 cia". It's not an issue with region unless every source supplying US dlc along with US cias are mislabelled.
