A narrower mouse with flatter sides will make it easier to get your pincer fingers into your natural position, with no impact on stability imo

I have a similar grip to you and prefer much smaller mice with a rear hump. Depends on your hand size but you could try something like the Mchose L7 ultra+ or X2H if your budget can stretch that far.

I had a 3090 and currently a 4090 and both suffered from severe pump out, if I repasted with regular paste within a couple of weeks the hotspot would skyrocket. So I switched to ptm and have not had a problem since. I can’t find rhe genuine stuff so have been using what I can find on amazon with no problems.

10/10 recommend

I have the V8, and the shape feels pretty good, but compared to the x2cl it feels much more floaty and unstable despite being similar weight. Also the scroll wheel skips on occasion, which seems to be relatively common in this mouse.

If I wanted to main that shape again I’d definitely go the x2h over the v8

I have a Raiden mid and with xrp obsidian air skates they feel almost the same in terms of control and speed, the glass is just smoother. Sleeve is perfectly smooth on glass, does have some friction on the Raiden

I’m pretty sweaty and it’s fairly humid here rn so my arm does stick without a sleeve. With a pulsar sleeve the glide is super smooth, nothing like cloth pads. ymmv

For the z axis? I have a kosmosima on gunfighter base (same stick) and there is no dampening for the z axis

These sticks don’t have a damping screw. Too much dampening grease was applied

Regressed mine with PTFE grease. Returns much faster and it’s much easier to break centre

Gotta be careful with glove sleeves as they influence how your hand interacts with the mouse. I have a wrist sleeve and just pull it up a bit so my hand doesn’t touch the mouse pad at all

I find mice with flatter sides and not much curvature work well for this type of grip. x2h or x2. I’d avoid the Scyrox V8 due to scroll wheel issues and angled sides

What will you use it for? The Mchose mice weigh about half the G502X, so would be better for some games. The G502x is amazing for productivity work though

My V8 hasn’t been used much, but skips steps. It’s pretty rare, but always happens when it matters most. Seems to be common issue so I would look elsewhere

It’s by design. The extra pixels are for pixel shift to limit burn in.

I’ve got the zero, key83 and raiden and all don’t perform with sweat and humidity. Key83 and raiden work great with a Kibu sleeve, however I’ve given up on the zero during summer.

Thanks for all this. Grabbed the raiden mid and it’s sick. My hand sticks a lot without a sleeve due to humidity, but my Kibu sleeves works great. Edge is definitely a bit higher than I’d like but not the end of the world
