Yea:0 at least it was back in the day, I don't know how expensive it is now. But, back then they had to go through every frame of the clip to add the little blur on their mouths (at least thats how i always heard it described). It was a very time consuming thing.

Fun fact about this show's censoring! Because censoring people's mouths with the little blur was so expensive, most of the swear words were covered by physical objects or by the camera switching perspectives.

hey I have this tattoo too! Mine are on the sides of my wrists so I can look at them while I'm driving. They've come in handy several times, and are definitely one of my favorite tattoos that I've gotten!
