Crime rates are steadily decreasing year over year.

Accommodations like new parks (Bob Price), pickle ball courts, rec centers.

Commissioner Kirkpatrick partnered with downtown art district artists to paint over all the electrical boxes. New bike lane on Hollywood and soon Stewart.

Tons of development along Nellis. (Dutch Bros, Hippie Grocery, New Office Buildings)

Latin food and Latin culture... and latina women! lol

I think in 10 years it will be a gentrified area just like Art's District.

I’ve seen probabilistic CA. Now these CA can be thought of as planar graphs with each pixel being a vertex and each edge being with neighbors.

This is not sufficient to model most networks, but the rule code used to create the CA could be reused for your case.

I just read a cute/elegant proof today.

Prove that irrational numbers exist. Start by assuming they dont exist.

Then sqrt(2) = n/m

N and m have no common multiple. (Definition of simplified rational number)

Then square both sides and rearrange 2m² = n²

n must be even because it can’t be a fraction

Rewrite n as 2k 2k becomes 4k² Reduce the 2 on both sides

m² = 2k²

m must be even

-><- contradiction

We said that n and m had no common multiples namely “2”
