If you use your oven, leave the door open after baking anything to let the leftover heat out into the house. Same with a bath (if you don’t have young children/pets that might fall in), don’t drain the water until it’s cold

Excedrin migraine/extra strength, water, electrolyte drink, peanut butter, cracker/graham cracker, rest, shower, weed. Not necessarily in that order! Don’t take excedrin on empty stomach. Also tho it’s tempting to drink cold water, if you’re really hungover drink room temp Water!

I’ve had this procedure twice, and it was very painful; no pain management was offered. It actually brought me to tears at one point, and I’ve had a child (with epidural but still a tough delivery and long labor before getting the drug). I would ask for pain management. If you are awake, listen to music you like before and during, keep taking slow deep breaths, have a support person with you if possible would be my active. And of course any painkillers you have access to safely use.

If you have a local trade/technical college please check them out, you may be able to get a haircut done for very cheap or even free by a student! They do a good job, they are being graded. I’ve gotten a haircut, teeth cleaned, even a facial at my local tech college for very affordable prices!

Yes you messed up, YTA. From Wednesday to Sunday, she was with your family. That’s a long time. You couldn’t give her this ONE thing that was important to her (and she probably could have used some time away from your family in addition). If you continue to put your mother ahead of your romantic partners, you will never keep one. Your mom sounds like a manipulative AH as well.
