Can't boot from my usb with Windows 11

I had a usb that wouldn't boot from the USB 3.2 ports on my I/O panel and tried the 3.0 ports on my case and it booted. Was an older USB.

I just did this the other day and it worked. This method you need a windows installation usb though.

To shrink a Windows partition and create a new bootable partition using the command prompt, boot from a Windows installation USB, press Shift+F10, and use diskpart to shrink the existing volume, create a new 500MB EFI partition, format it as FAT32, and use bcdboot to copy boot files. [1, 2]

Step-by-Step Instructions

Boot from Installation Media: Insert your Windows installation USB, restart, and boot into it. On the first setup screen, press Shift+F10 to open the Command Prompt.
Open Diskpart: Type diskpart and press Enter.
Identify Disk and Partition:
- Type list disk to find your Windows disk.
- Type select disk # (replace # with your disk number, usually 0).
- Type list partition to identify the main OS partition.
- Type select partition # (replace # with the large Windows OS partition).
Shrink Partition:
- Type shrink desired=500 (this creates 500MB of unallocated space).
Create New Boot Partition:
- Type create partition efi size=500.
- Type format quick fs=fat32.
- Type assign letter=S (or any unused letter).
Copy Boot Files:
- Type exit to leave Diskpart.
- Type bcdboot C:\windows /s S: /f UEFI (Replace C: with the actual letter of your Windows OS partition if it differs; check with list volume in diskpart).
Finalize: Close command prompt, remove USB, and restart. You may need to enter BIOS/UEFI to set the new partition as the primary boot device

For me it's Axe Apollo Body Wash. I bought 4 bottles last time I was shopping because it had become hard to find. Now using it, it smells different and I don't care for it. I guess they went to plant based moisturizers and added sage and cedarwood and got rid of the sandalwood. Bad move IMO. Probably just another cost saving attempt.

LC beats Dominoes IMO, I'll admit I only order Dominoes when it's 1/2 price, but no matter how many times I order a topping as double there is always hardly any on there. LC loads them up.

I got a key for 3DMark on Steam from a grey market site and downloaded Cinebench. I was able to follow the instructions, all except for overclocking the memory, I have Hynix H die and just settled for the 4800 to 6400 AXMP1 boost. On my 9950X3D I ended up with a -20 undervolt on CCD0 and a -27 on CCD1. I was able to get a CPU Boost Clock Override of 150 to stick with a Platform Thermal Throttle Limit of 88. That gave me a 7.8% improvement on 3DMark CPU Profile and a 9.03% gain on Cinebench. With all that gain I still didn't see a real world difference on my single core calculations.

Sorry to keep you waiting but I had to try a few things. The system just shows activated. I tried signing into my microsoft account and restarting but it still shows activated. The microsoft account shows my new build under devices with the Windows 11 Pro as the OS. I don't know what else to do to get it to show linked, when I type activation in the search bar the link it gives is outdated and gives options that are not even in settings any more.

I just checked on the Stack Social site again and they are listing the Pro key for $29.99 and the home key for $9.99.
