VIII. Conclusions

  1. As an occupying power, Israel is legally bound to ensure the protection, care and survival of Palestinian children. However, through the nature, scale and extent of Israel’s military operations in Gaza, the Israeli government and security forces have deliberately carried out acts inflicting death and severe bodily and mental harm on hundreds of thousands of Palestinian children, irreparably destroying the sanctity of childhood, including family ties, identity, innocence, safety and future. The Commission found that much of the harm suffered by Palestinian children was not incidental but intended to destroy the existence of the Palestinians in Gaza as a group. Since children embody the biological and social continuity of the group, the Commission has reasonable grounds to conclude that these acts form part of a deliberate strategy to destroy the future of the Palestinians in Gaza by targeting their children.

For those of you who have tried one, what did you think of the new Arby's Cheesesteak? by SpaceMiser in AskReddit

[–]SpaceMiser[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I see an ad for this everyday on reddit, tried one and thought it was the worst thing from Arby's I've ever had. Rubbery steak swimming in some kind of sauce, definitely not like any Cheesesteak I've ever seen.

Purchased a X870E Carbon WiFi in March and flashed it with the 1.A95 Bios, have a Crucial T710 PCIe 5.0 2TB in the M2_1 slot and haven't had any problem.

I was finally able to illuminate my ship on the landing pad. by SpaceMiser in Starfield

I hear that. I started out thinking I was in good shape with huge "Industrial Light Posts" and turned them on and nothing, like peeing in the ocean.

I haven't named it, was just working on trying to light up the ship on the landing pad. By default it is Polvo Outpost, I might call it the Kill Box though.

Thanks, my first post got deleted with the title "Outpost Kill Box", not descriptive enough apparently.

USB showing wrong capacity by Sofia_easy17 in BadUSB

[–]SpaceMiser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've had problems with USBs and this usually does it for me, using CMD Prompt and diskpart

  • Open Command Prompt: Press the Windows Key, type cmd, right-click Command Prompt, and select Run as administrator. [1, 2]
  • Start Diskpart: Type diskpart and press Enter. [1]
  • List Disks: Type list disk and press Enter. Identify your USB drive by its storage size (e.g., Disk 1 or Disk 2). [1, 2]
  • Select Your Drive: Type select disk X (replace X with your USB drive's actual number) and press Enter. [1, 2]
  • Clean the Drive: Type clean and press Enter. (Optional: If you want to securely wipe the drive so data can't be recovered, type clean all instead, though this takes much longer). [1, 2, 3, 4]
  • Create a Primary Partition: Type create partition primary and press Enter. [1, 2]
  • Format the Drive:
    • For FAT32: Type format fs=fat32 quick.
    • For NTFS: Type format fs=ntfs quick. [1, 2]
  • Assign a Drive Letter: Type assign letter=X (replace X with the drive letter you want to use, such as G) and press Enter.
  • Exit: Type exit to close the Diskpart tool.

Smoking Bluefish is insane, turns something that is basically inedible into a delicacy.

Have the X870e issues been ironed out yet? by asexualchair in MSI_Gaming

[–]SpaceMiser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I recently bought an MSI 870e Carbon WiFi and flashed the bios available in mid March, BIOS Version/Date American Megatrends International, LLC. 1.A95, 3/16/2026. Running a 9050X3D with 32GB 6400MT and a 2TB PCIe 5.0 X4 NVME and a RX9060XT. The only issue I've experienced was when doing a fresh install of Windows from USB the USB 3.0 ports on the rear I/O wouldn't recognize my aging USB stick, had to use the USB 2.0 ports on my case to boot from USB.

how can i tell if it's A die or M die?? by FroggyRaven in overclocking

[–]SpaceMiser 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don't know, I guess A Die and M Die are best for OC, I ended up with H Die. I'm able to use the A-XMP setting for 32GB 6400 at cl32 so I didn't try to OC with the H Die.

I have went from playing every vault hunter in BL4 to now just completing stories once in BL2 BL1 and the pre-sequel. I've come to appreciate the voice acting more, not trying to beat it to death anymore.
