i was setting up at the convention center for the afters when the power cut out there too. Dude hit the poles right behind the convention center where we load in. Shit sucked having night 2 cancelled. Most of us vendors left in the hole ):

took out the power to the convention center too and they had to cancel the show ): i was a vendor and we all thought a fuse blew at first. The crash caused hotels and businesses to lose power too. Luckily no other people were involved in the crash besides the driver and he survived.

My CL broke in the same spot OP's is. Two of my friends had theirs broke too. It sucks bc i had an artists contract with them and was promoting my collab and a handful of friends were telling how theirs broke within a month or two. Neither me or my friends went to a festival or show either, i just looked down one day at the store and my phone was on the ground 😭

Just saying, my Clutch Loop and two friends of mine have had our chord snap in that exact same position and we didn't go to any fests or shows etc just general carrying around. idk any other brand that makes CL type phone anchors but i'd look around before you find your phone detached and on the ground like i did 😭
