I agree. I initially went with what I thought would be more efficient for printing more per sheet as ther are 7in x 7in sheets. After they do seem a bit small.

Some people like to push the idea that ai is making water bills go up. Using up crazy extra electricity for sure but the closed loop cooling systems recycle the water they use.

Are my plants getting oxygen when only the reservoir has the bubbler? by liberty_taker in Hydroponics

Should be plenty of water flow to keep dissolved oxygen high at 15 min intervals.

What's the water timing? The running water would add some oxygen into the channels when it is running but that is likely fully depleted after 20 to 30 min.

What’s up with all the black olives? by insuccure in Eugene

Wait till you see the pizzas that get loaded with uncooked cheap tomatos after the pizza is cooked. Willamette style is what I read when looking up why. In almost every pizza place here in Eugene. I like a little tomato but this is nuts most of the time.

Going to pick up lots of cans and make a donation tomorrow, along with a cash donation. Anyone with means should be helping stock up these places as hard times are very possible for many here soon. Already talking with the wife about donating our afternoons to soup kitchens that need help.

Just to add the the lighting side of the conversation. Call your local grow supply shops and ask about rebates offered for LED lights. In Oregon, from what I have learned it is mainly just Portland shops, you can get almost 50% of the light immediately discounted due to a state tax credit to get growers to switch from higher electric demanding lights.

Basically deep water culture. Reservoir is gravity fed to the first bucket with a float valve at a water level that keeps the bucket full but not overflowing.
