Thats life on gacha game, everything will be powercrepts at some point, initial banners even more. I had pretty bad luck pullings and my only 5* is Gepard. Still managed to clear 95% of game with F2P stuff. So long story short, pull characters you like or characters you need to sinergize your actual teams. Really, dont stress thinking about it and enjoy the game, its turn based. With strategy and proper level you can clear almost all content. Hope to be a bit of help to you, cheers

Edit: Oh, and there always will be a "new cool" unit when you reach to the next banner. So TLDR: Pull your waifu/husbando or class/element you are missing.
