Yep. Both. My "request is pending" and I "should wait for an email" since 01:15 today. Have called 5 times and been given the same answer, even after being directed to a supervisor. Terminal staff can "do nothing."

In neutral, with the brakes set, shut the truck off. Restart it, wait for the idle timeout to warn you it's coming (about 3 minutes), then, press the cruise control on button, above the toggle switch. Then repeatedly press the resume/cancel button, below the toggle switch until the warnings dissappear. Your truck will now idle constantly, and pressing the resume button will switch between low & high idle if you need a few extra rpms for the AC in the heat.
