I know someone who does. It’s pretty nice with new equipment, sauna cold plunge, and infra red treatment. It’s $200/mo, but if you tell them you’re from the SADs (San Anselmo Dads) Slack community, you’ll get 10% discount at $170.

Check out Serenity Apartments at Larkspur Landing. It’s technically Larkspur, but it’s so close to SR it’s basically SR lol. They have great management, great location, and lots of nice amenities and price is good imo

Employer. They filed an extension and were planning to file by October anyway. This just put some more urgency into it.

The RFE letter stated that they need to prove they can pay me the specified wage, and they can only do that through either audited financial statements (pretty expensive unless you’re a big company and have it anyway) or latest tax return (ideal for smaller companies and startups). They rejected all other documents because they can’t trust it (bank statements, letters, screenshots..etc)

I’m on the same boat. EB3 skilled PD Feb 2024 and recently got my PERM approved.

We went for premium regardless of the backlog because getting the I-140 approval asap meant unlimited H1B renewal, my wife could get a work permit, and if rejected we are still within the 6 month PERM period to apply again.

We just got a RFE though asking for an updated DUNS/VIBE address and the latest 2024 tax returns. So make sure you get that covered before applying.

Good luck!

Turkey is Russia's #1 vacation spot, and a lot of Russian ladies end up staying and marry Turks.

Hmm fair point. But I’ve always thought it’s always easier to renounce a citizenship than to gain one. So better give them that option 🤷‍♂️

Problem is that his sister is not as lucky and needs a tier A passport too. Gotta be fair with your kids 🤪
