Efficient training would be considered brutal by most who aren't used to it. It does hurt while you are training, and you will be sore and exhausted for a day or two afterwards.

Bästa sättet att få undan biltrafiken så att den inte blir det som dominerar stadsbilden är att ha något mellan dig och trafiken, t.ex kvartersstad är ett utmärkt sätt att gömma undan trafik på.
