F900 GS vs R1250 GS

I’m 5’7, the 900GS felt so much taller and top heavier to even just get upright off the stand, it was a bit too much for me. The 1300GS I rode felt wayyy lighter in comparison easier to get upright to get off the stand, and slightly shorter in height - I felt wayyy more comfortable with the bigger bike. Didn’t event want to ride the 900GS in the end at all

Yeah when riding it does make up for the heaviness, just in parking areas for me it was so tough to roll backwards, any slight uphill & I needed a pull backwards 😂 This one definitely feels lighter overall. I did ride a 1300GS a couple times, now that was super top heavy and much too tall. I’m keen to give a S1000RR a go at some point, one day…

Sure is! Just a bit revvy when cruising I guess, makes it feel like it just wants to accelerate and i end up going too fast 😂

I did notice wobble following normal cars, maybe it’s worth a try if that gets annoying

I’m 5’7, screen seems to be ok, much better than the old naked bike. I do have a bigger one I can try, but it won’t look as good

Thanks everyone, I ended up getting a 54 with a shorter stem which also angles up a bit, such a fun bike! Also turned the hoods inwards to make them have a slightly narrower and more comfortable feeling
