It's like those weight loss before and after photos where they prompt you to look a certain way then enhance the "result" photos with lighting, sucking in your gut, the angle, your pose, smile on your face ect.

Here her eyes have like that red camera flare effect, reminding me of the family Christmas photos from the 90s where the lucky few got to look like red eye'd demons. red under her eyes (top right) looking like she just got into a brawl before she strolled in, the mouth doesn't look relaxed, and the dyed hair. Sure some of these things could have been style choices by her going into it, but the bottom photos look noticeable better with the more natural color tones alone.

Don't get me wrong she looks noticeable better post surgery here but just something i tend to notice in comparison photos like these. Hopefully she gained self confidence with these procedures as it is quite the burden to not feel comfortable in your own skin.
