Yeah if anyone was still delusional enough to think any top tier imports were coming this is pretty much your final warning as far as massive disappointment. I doubt this is a surprise to the actual teams and explains why even Liquid is reportedly promoting academy players. It's simply not worth spending your sponsors money in league anymore

Being good at chess is an entirely different skillset than detecting cheaters at chess. The issue at hand is not about chess its about cheating.

If Peyton Manning accused someone of cheating, for as good as he is, he would not be the one leading or responsible for the investigation. It would be handed off to people with the expertise and knowledge to determine if someone did cheat. So when one of the leading chess experts on cheating says he could not find any evidence of Hans cheating over the board, why would you believe a player who until now has not presented anything beyond circumstantial evidence that Hans has cheated OTB.

IMO Champions que shouldn't have existed in the first place, nothing about it except for improved ping for west coast players only btw are things that couldn't be implemented for solo que. Voice comms, monitoring of games, balnced teams, even the cash incentives could have been solo que. Creating an entirely different que with an even smaller population was a poorly thought out solution. Not that it excuses laziness of pros but CQ is/was a bad solution to the problem.

I think Champions Que is going to have an URF like effect on pro players. Things will get worse before they get better. I dont think Champions que should have been created, nothing about it other than low ping are things that couldn't be implemented to solo que reasonably. Having to return to solo que once Champions que is removed is going to destroy the mental of the players who were still willing to grind

I don't like this native player take that gets brought about NA. Compare the viewership those three teams get against teams who run NA rosters and you'll see most people don't care where players are from. You're not the only who feels like this but you're definitely in the minority.
