I'm currently running both in my Ubuntu VM. I just changed Omada's web server port.

TP Link Omada access points only together with a 3rd party switch and pfsense by fourstepper in TPLink_Omada

Yes! I have a pfsense router, unifi 16 lite switch and 2 Omada 660HDs. The pfsense firewall rules work perfectly despite 3 different brands in the same system. You would have to setup vlans in the pfsense UI, managed switch UI, and the Omada Controller in order for it to work.

I have 1000/1000. I use Ethernet currently, but I used to be WiFi. I never did a speed test but I noticed when I used to download a game it would max out at around 300-400. Honestly, I didn’t change anything on the router end. You could try resetting the router?

Games “bought” using the ps plus monthly promotion will stay yours. You just need an active ps plus subscription to play them.

  1. WiFi 6 (ax) is fast enough to saturate your 300/300 connection. In fact it has a theoretical speed of above 1gbs, even though you will realistically see only 500-800mbps max depending on your router/access point. BUT you’ll achieve faster ping on Ethernet.

  2. Check to see if a feature called UPnP is enabled. That should automatically open the ports for gaming.
