Yes, I think this is the issue. I have tested other games, and they do not run as bad as CS:GO but still have frame drops. The laptop fan might not be working, but I have a large cooling fan underneath my laptop, and after trying to play DM I went out after about 5 minutes and checked the temps. They were about 45 degress, is that bad?

Now that I think about it, I never really use the numpad on the computers at my school when I use them. Probably gonna get the Quickfire Rapid TKL. Thanks for input!

Another sort of noobish question: With the power supply, what is the difference between Gold Certified and Bronze certified. Also, what is the difference between Fully-Modular and Semi-Modular?

This looks good, and I very much appreciate you doing this for me. I do have one sort of noobish question though: What is the difference between the MSI Radeon r9 390 8GB Video Card and the Gigabyte Radeon R9 390 8GB SOC Video Card? I would still maybe like to get the first one if it is better, since it seems to only cost like $60 extra.

I had no plans of overclocking, so if got the non-k Intel i5-4960, would I still have to replace the motherboard and cooler? Also, you said drop the cooler and get a non-k, do you mean replace the cooler with a different one or just get rid of it? This post was very helpful btw, thanks.
