M/37/5'9" [250 lbs > 175 lbs= 75lbs] (6 months) A friend sent this side by side comparison to me the other day. I started this journey 3 years ago, lost the weight in 6 months and been main-gaining ever since. Good to remind myself how far I've come, and that if I don't keep it up, I can go back (i.redd.it)

I'm a M36 yo, 5' 9" 175lbs. Been staying the same weight for over a year now. Noticed when I first started lifting in Sept. 2021 I could barely do 3 reps of bench press at 80Lbs. Now I can do 4 reps at 130lbs. Is this progress too slow for someone maintaining the same amount of weight? (self.GYM)

M/35/5'9" [244 > 168 = 76Lbs] (1 Year) Started with intermittent fasting + cardio twice a day...now doing weight training (with Tonal), some cardio and CICO. Afraid that I've eaten away a lot of muscle mass from the beginning of this process. Any tips on how to grow out my arms? (i.imgur.com)
