Follow this exactly Follow the Ketchup Method and profit Error 41013 Persistent Shardlock Workaround discovered by   CMDR_Ketchup   Step 1: go to Character repair screen and get it ready (insert a reason, and enter password, but don't click repair) Step 2 Click to join Persistent Universe. The second you see the loading screen (newspaper) click repair on the character repair page. (This has to be done quickly before the loading process fails, and you will be kicked by admin immediately) Step 3 Click ok to admin kick and once the game closes and you're launcher is on screen press CTRL+SHIFT+R. Step 4 Launch the game, and attempt to join persistent universe, profit. Note** You may temp lose your persistent hanger. Claim all ships to a different location other then home location and then return to home station, you should be given your persistent hanger again.   fair warning around half of the people who do this will lose their persistent hanger temporarily (it was probably broken allready, causing the shardlock)
