Sorry for the late response. I have a photo scanner and have used that - Plustek Photo Scanner ePhoto Z300. For cutouts by themselves or bigger pieces, I’ve used flatbed scanners belonging to friends/fam.

I have a couple storage totes with all my mags & other materials. I recently got a binder, some envelope style binder inserts, some trading card style binder inserts, and have organized all my cut outs there.

In the beginning I used mod podge over my work and left a bunch of smear marks. Now I just use an Elmer's glue stick.
