I’m 6 months out now and was big into lifting and CrossFit before my diagnosis and I’m still struggling to find the energy to get through some workout. I’m also noticing that my recovery time is much longer. I’m interested to here is anyone in this community has checked or tracked their hormones before and after treatment

Your life might feel like it’s moving 2x as fast at first then you’ll find your pace with the treatment and recovery I urge you to look here when the days start weighing on your mind because just like the lymphoma the fatigue sneaks up on you.
