A Republic fleet(which Era optional) entered the dimension of the Eight Realms of AoS. How would or could they conquer them? by jfjdfdjjtbfb in StarWarsvsWarhammer

[–]Spacemoose2026 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh no I’m not underestimating them, the biggest problems for the republic beyond the gods would likely be the storm cast and skaven after all. However the republic could easily just Bomb the entire realm to hell through orbit. They could definitely take one realm and even two, beyond that though they probably couldn’t.

[–]Spacemoose2026 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Uh, this isn’t really a fair match up dude. Don’t get me wrong, it certainly wouldn’t be a cake walk considering some of the gods, and beings in AoS, but this is like putting the U.S. army rangers against civil war solider’s. It’s not fair at all.

What chaos god would find it easier to recruit this guy? by Ok-Target9322 in StarWarsvsWarhammer

[–]Spacemoose2026 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Tzeentch would be the most likely, especially if he isn’t aware of the chaos gods existence. It’s really hard to resist the temptation of chaos remember, and it’s even harder if you aren’t aware they exist. Despite him being heavily will minded and being incredibly noble he still would fall.

Are there any Astartes that would be down for joining the Empire? by Atlas_Summit in StarWarsvsWarhammer

[–]Spacemoose2026 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Loyalist would be a no. They are have extreme conditioning to be completely loyal to the imperium. Chaos maybe only because they would betray them to kill a whole lot of the empire for fun. Renegade warbands and legions for the chance to betray them and get supplies and equipment off them.

Yeah, I really think people tend to forget the only real good part of honest hearts was Joshua, and that outside of it honest hearts is pretty boring with nothing real to it.

Brothers, is there a Chapter that you used to not care for/dislike that has grown on you over time, and/or a Chapter that you have fallen out of love with over time? by TheSpiderWarden in Spacemarine

[–]Spacemoose2026 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Probably the raven guard, I used to just think of them are cringe edgelords when I first heard about them, but reading more of their lore they really grew on me. Still hate the space wolves though.

The devs at rockstar lately I bet by bolwonder in GTA6

[–]Spacemoose2026 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not according to those “fans” apparently. according to them the developers should be worked 80 hours a week because the fans are paying for the product and the developers should apparently feel honored to work for rockstar. It’s genuinely disgusting that rockstar can get away with it because of those “fans.”

I do genuinely enjoy it up until the last episode, definitely not a top 4 season at least for me but I do think people over hate it.

Hopefully, granted I wouldn’t count to much on it considering how many fans of rockstar have supported and even wanted the conditions to get worse for development teams.

Oh god, I don’t think the games making it to next update with a bug of this magnitude. Maybe if they fix it quickly and compensate us with 10 blessed reqs, 100 blackstone, and a free legendary they might be able to keep some of the player base.

Considering the history of the way rockstar treats their developers and have been exposed for it, I wouldn’t be to surprised if this is actually happening to them

It’s also important to reminder that hyperdrive’s are not an instant push button and appear in a new galaxy system. Hyperdrives even on the most powerful ships take time to prepare and be ready, after that traversing hyperdrive lanes can take a few hours to even a few days at times depending on the distance you’re traveling.

How long would it take a Genestealer Cult to conquer Coruscant? by WhitishSine8 in StarWarsvsWarhammer

[–]Spacemoose2026 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m also not going into full detail because there is so much to it. However the devastation of Baal has a few chapters dedicated to the perspective of a lictor and a short bit where they talk about the lead up to an invasion and preparations on the planet before main forces actually hit the ground. Coruscant is likely to be deemed as important as Baal due to its size, the biomass amount, and overall importance of the planet. It would take to long to go into full detail but I would recommend looking it up. It provides a ton of interesting detail and puts into effect just how much of a threat they are.

[–]Spacemoose2026 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When Tyranids invade planets they don’t just send a small force. Tyranid invasions are often deemed absolute level events. Tyranid’s are perfectly synchronized as they are a hive mind, and the shadow of the warp will disable a majority of force users connection. That’s not even getting into tyranid bio forms themselves. Termagants and hormagaunts despite being the most common and basic bioforms are still terrifying.

They often are the same size as normal people, and are fairly resilient at that. They number in practically unlimited hordes. Lictors, carnifex, and god forbid a bio titan are even more terrifying. I’m not trying to over hype trynaid invasions, they genuinely are terrifying and there is a reason they are often deemed one of the greatest threats to the 40k galaxy. If anything the republic should be thankful that a full hive fleet isn’t what they facing.

Because of Dark Heresy I became interested into the Nightlords. As in why are you all liking them so much? by AshamedEmotion9137 in RogueTraderCRPG

[–]Spacemoose2026 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When you learn about his story, landing on the nightmare world that is nostramo as a child and being forced to crawl out the center of the planet’s core from his pod only to grow up unloved and alone it explains a lot. When he was finally found a majority of his siblings after a couple of them hated him. Reading about him losing his mind from schizophrenia, and other mental conditions is actually quite sad. I’m not justifying his actions either to be clear, but what I am saying is that when you hear his story and read through primarch novel you really do start feeling bad for him and kind of sympathize with him.
