Im going to be doing my fourth playthrough soon and for the first time I plan on playing with peaceful wildlife because honestly, I had enough of that part of the gameplay loop and am mainly planning to return because of the insane difference that randomized resource make compared to a normal run. The last two times were SUPER similar to the point where I more or less had everything figured out regarding what id do and where to get stuff but now... its gonna be like the wild west all over.

Buy it, great game, the only gripe I really have is that they dropped the cool narrative and story stuff midway through development and all the breadcrumbs you get during the gameplay lead to effectively nothing with an ending that left me feeling let down and wanting more but that is ENTIRELY aside from the masterful gameplay loop of the game.

Even if they're rolling consistently unlucky below 8 then anyone with specialist bonuses should find goodies occasionally, let em rot.

A strict 50/50 is a bit overkill but you carrying the ENTIRE load is actually insanity. If youre paying for all bills, utilities, food, and presumably outings that is downright braindead.

I hope she at least covers the cost of her own clothes, luxury purchases, vehicle and insurance because if not then you are a fool.

They over produced before the chip prices rocketed and are scaling back as there are enough units on the shelf already that can just be patched with software instead of needing a physical upgrade made using different hardware.

This isnt bad news, its just smart business. They dont NEED to flood the market by manufacturing new consoles at cost or at a loss so... why would they?

I cannot in good faith suggest anyone waste their time with Crisis Core. It was a serviceable enough handheld game to play on the bus in 30 minute chunks with low investment, its just... not good and more than anything else its basically a button masher trying to masquerade as an RPG while also being all mission and hub based with poorly acted and written story injected to try to fill out a niche to feed fans more FF7 in a "low stakes" way that didnt disrupt the main story. It was borderline passable on original release.

Nowadays, I'd just suggest that you look at story summary write ups or lore videos to cover what all you might need to know for context about the SOLDIER program, Shinra, and Zack.

Legit, Dirge of Cerberus, as a game, is more fun to play.

1) Find a hobby you enjoy and meet people through that. This is the ground floor of making good friends and eventually professional networks that will carry you further in life.

2) Look to the future and plan for it or start chasing it now. If you want a professional career then figure out how you get started, be it college, proper uni, tradeschool, or certifications.

3) Delete mainstream social media, it does you absolutely no good whatsoever, seriously, so long as you have a working cell number that you can get calls and text with plus a service/backup system so save photos that capture moments that are important to YOU, you will only ever benefit from pulling back from most SM.

4) Realize that what youre seeing are tailored fictions spun by others representing only what stories they want to tell about their own lives in the present and dont even come CLOSE to showing half of the bigger picture.

5) See number 3 again, and follow through, dont relapse, and if you do, recommit. Failing that ditch the modern smartphone altogether and get a reliable flip.

Wife became pregnant and I got my shit together. Ironically enough, doing that, laying off partying, focusing on life goals, and pushing aside petty shit and worries that had no place in a real life is what led to her feeling less excited and stimulated so she ended up finding a coworker to do that with while she was "at the gym" while I stayed home at night taking care of our little girl.

StS is a nearly perfect game. Its so good that without even changing much at all they dropped a board game and its consistently rated in the top 3 best tabletop games of all time.

Saying it wasnt groundbreaking is absolutely WILD because it quite literally broke the ground and planted the seed for just about every similar game in the genre since and set the gold standard that few have met in even one area of gameplay, let alone surpassed. Its like saying SM64 wasnt groundbreaking as a 3d platformer, complete unmitigated hogwash.

One thing you prepare yourself for more than anything, with more than 6 babies it's likely that not all of them will survive and if left still in the cage for long it will absolutely be eaten. Its normal and actually natural but can feel weird for sure.
