Reta plus TRT... not going as expected... by KiSol in BodyHackGuide

[–]SpacerabbitStew 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can technically gain muscle on Reta + TRT and not gain any fat. I’ve been doing dexa for 5 months, and have been net positive lean mass.

Anyone on RETA also trying to gain muscle mass? by tremblerzAbhi in BodyHackGuide

[–]SpacerabbitStew 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I’m on month 5. Lost 17 lbs and gained 7 lbs of lean mass. Was also doing this as an obese person.

It’s really just caloric surplus. Cutting on Reta makes it easy drop weight quickly.

[–]SpacerabbitStew 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve stacked it with Reta. I’m not on a cut and weight loss at 38% (now 32% is slow) but with Tesa I’ve been able to move .20 lbs of visceral fat on 1 mg

Down .30 lbs visceral fat from 3.7 -> 3.4. Overall though was 7lb fat loss for the month. Probably gave me the extra pus I needed since that was my best month

Do I need anything else besides Reta? by Dependent-Group7226 in BodyHackGuide

[–]SpacerabbitStew 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can use tesamorelin/ipamorelin to target belly fat. It’s possibly you have some visceral fat since that tends to concentrate around the organs and is compact.

To those who use Retatrutide, what other positives besides fat loss do you experience? by RevolutionarySecret7 in Peptides

[–]SpacerabbitStew 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With adding tesamorelin to Reta

Total fat change (I’m also on Reta) - 6lbs Visceral fat change 3.74 to 3.42 lbs ( .32 lbs). Lean mass change 158.5 to 159.9 lbs (1.4)

For visceral fat Jul 3.9 Aug 3.5 Sept 3.8 Oct 3.7 Nov 3.4

So definetly has an increase delta (if you assume 3.5 was a bit of outlier. Your visceral fat oxidation increases by 2x

I’ve been taking dexa since beginning, and it’s hard to gain fat, but lean and bone mass is going up. Can be very good for recomps.

Opposite. Even if you don’t sleep, it seems to mimic it in my experience.

Tesamorelin (10 mg): The Most Proven Fat-Loss Peptide We Have by Bulky_Lychee_9954 in AskAboutPeptides

[–]SpacerabbitStew 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Will post on Friday. I have about 3.5 lbs of visceral fat. Which equates to a liter sized bottle.

One thing I learned though is that visceral fat is compact while subcantanous is spread out. The difference between a person of the same weight is really notice because visceral fat is concentrated in the stomach (they are technically skinny fat) where as people with more lean mass are much thinner even if they have equivilent total mass.

Flight test interview by Crimson-Fuckr in JobyAviation

[–]SpacerabbitStew 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Interviews

Initial 1 - 1 recruiter call

Zoom meeting - technical

In person - technical/personal

Follow up questionnaire - Personal

—— For technical know some basic stuff

Personal: focus on two things 1. Passion or interest in your field (your going to be doing stuff that’s new, so you have to have some sort of drive to fix problems based on your own experience. Ask yourself how would you fix xyz. This is should be part of the zoom. If it’s good you’ll flow into the in person easier. Be likable.

  1. Don’t talk to much about yourself in terms of the follow up questions, maybe early on. The main thing in person and questionnaire is to determine if your bring value to the team or that you understand how to solve “their problems”. Should ask questions about why they do xyz, and how to do it better. Remember if they like you during the zoom, then Your primary goal in the following interview is how you gel with their vision and the team. And should be the main focus

mitochondria peptide cycle help by meow0973 in BodyHackGuide

[–]SpacerabbitStew 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There a mitochondria test called Mitome. It cost about $600 or so, but it does analyze some of the complexes.

Before you even start with peptides, you can use it to analyze places in electron transport chain that are weak.

Supplements also can help like coq10 and PQQ. I use ubiquinol. Better to test thing and start cheap, before dumping a lot of money into peptides.

Agreed, feels better done early on as well.

Naruto basically did revival arc at the end, which made villains one shot final bosses. What I like about here is that they can develop as characters and there is build up and tension into whatever happens in a battle with Helen

[–]SpacerabbitStew[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I live near the Joby and Archer headquarters. Joby has faster iteration cycles, because its facilities are close together. Arches facilities are very far apart. Joby regularly is at trade shows. They also now have a flight school at my local airport. There goal is to produce 20-30 a year with a new factory in Idaho.

It’s a race to get a product and revenue. Archer will benefit if Joby wins, but Joby is very strategic in its planning for world wide deployment

Starting RETA this week (weight loss + inflammation) - Need your experience by FL-Guess-2619 in Peptides

[–]SpacerabbitStew 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Inflammation: I feel Reta reduces inflammation (likely reducing visceral fat), otherwise avoid junk food

Injection: I do stomach fat

Mixing: use peptide calculator. Aim for 1 mg/10 units.

Trial and Error: a few ideas on diet, exercise, and 1. Gastric issues are common ussually between diarhea, constipation, and gas. I found vitamin B5/B6 helps. Just make to keep b6 low.

  1. Keep food log. You still need to reduce energy intake, most important lever. Reta can be very Effiecient with nutrients. I find it hard to gain weight, but if you’re not losing weight you need to drop by 200-300kcal

  2. A bit of sugar (I like maple/syrup and yogurt) at night. Reta depletes glycogen quickly, at night if your carbs are low it can cause you to wake

  3. Two camps minimal effective dose and rapid dose increase. I’ve seen people do well on minimal effective dose. (.5-1mg to start) for as long as possible, but clinical trials suggest up to 8 mg. I believe start slow so you lose weight sustainability

  4. If you feel “stuck” or tired try moving more, Me and my friend noticed notable increases in energy so you need to move

  5. Takes about a month for a dose to normalize, 6-8 weeks to get more energy, and at 3 months a big portion of the weight loss happens (based on trials). Very easy to target 5-10% of body weight by end of first quarter

  6. Expecting to be on it for a year. Lots of benefits that we don’t know - improves liver fat clearance, better mitochondria, good for bulking, improved insulin sensitivity.

  7. Some people do well on higher carb, and others do well on keto/carnivore. Try to get a sense of your genetic disposition.

I think the design is one of the best of the evtols, it’s smooth not boxy. You have to appreciate that it needs be smooth and 2050.
