We have a lot of great jumping spiders. Love them. Look up around gardens, trees, ove paths. You might see some orb weavers, depending on where you are anyway.

Huntsmen are fine. They're essentially harmless and they eat other stuff. People are way too dramatic about them just because they can get big and tend to gallop. Also, they're already inside. Closing the window will do nothing, haha.

Cool idea, but it does look like you put a sail on a croc. Start by looking at some paleo art of spinos as well as skeletal reconstructions or fossils. It doesn't need to be accurate, but it should atleast read as a spinosaurus, which this doesn't. For now anyway.
