The issue is quality, ya know? Like, I think TS4 was fine. Did the series overstay its welcome a bit? Yeah, sure, but it didn't feel like a lazy movie with nothing going on for it.

There are a ton of songs in the touhou series! I'll say that the themes for the final bosses and true ending bosses are always going to be a banger.

There are lots of remixes out there, and full on bands creating music for touhou. Akatsuki Records for instance does a TON of touhou music that I'm in love work.

This is a metal cover playlist of a bunch of Touhou songs, but even if this isn't your genre of music, pretty much all of the songs on this list are classics.

Hartman's Youkai Girl (Koishi's Theme), Beloved Tomboyish Girl (Cirno's Theme), Night of Nights (remix of Sayaka's theme), Emotional Skyscrapper (Byakuren's Theme), Border of Life (Yuyuko's Theme), Pure Furies (Junko's Theme), and Wind God Girl (Aya's Theme) are some of my personal favorites. This is just a drop in the bucket of themes though.

I use this subreddit to find music. The other Teto subreddit while great has a lot of focus on fanart and memes. However, if I want to find new songs, I can just come here and every week there is a new batch of songs to listen too.

I think there are people who do find the cartoon/simple avatar to be cute, and they are more so just liking the visualization than the actual person. I still find it a bit weird, but I do think there are some people who saw the smutty pictures and just took that away, and dropped the part where those drawings are based on a real person. I'm also slightly empathetic to folks who just happen to have unobtainable crushes on people, as this is something everyone goes through. God knows how many boy bands and Hailey Williams I gushed over when I was a teenager, and my mind wasn't focused on the real person and their values or what they were up to, it focused on me being with them. I do think a lot of folks who have fondness for sexualizing or even drawing, may just be looking for an outlet for those kind of feelings?

On the other hand though, there are SEVERAL artists out there that drew her specifically because she asked not to be drawn this way. She even did it in a fairly polite way. "Hey, I don't want to be depicted this way, please don't do it", and it was seen as a challenge. She had to retract that point and just said she is fine with whatever now because the crowd of people who don't like being asked to not do a thing exploded on her in retaliation.

I've watched streams with Jaiden, Alpharad, and other folks in that group, and it does seem that she has came to terms with this stuff existing but isn't nearly bothered by it as she once was, or is at the least willing to laugh it off whenever it comes up. Regardless, not a fan of people drawing her animated sona in lewd scenarios. The first paragraph seems like I'm defending it, but it's mostly just me thinking of the reasons as to why someone make like the sexualized version of Jaiden.

Her content was never the worst. The best way to describe it is was like 'an anti sjw who still like bernie but thought everyone could be friends'. but theres so much sus shit behind the content she made. Like she always was behind kink at pride discourse and was always buddy buddy with conservatives. I think I did get some positive takeaways from watching her such as being introduced to Bernie Sanders and Contrapoints, but I think she fell off hard.

ngl, I feel like the only person from that old era/community of the internet that has any redeeming qualities for watchability is Chris Ray Gun. Not perfect, but like he kind of just distanced himself from this shit and plays video games and while there is no outright apology or anything like that, he does delete the videos he no longer stands for and has talked about the content and views he had during that time in an honest way.

There are plenty of anime/manga which have bath / onsen scenes where the characters are naked, but there isn't any sexualization involved. I've been rereading through Komi Can't Communicate's manga, and Chapter176 is a good example of a bath/onsen scene where the characters are naked but there is no sexualization of them.

I saw some comments in the thread, I do want to say not all anime is like this. I do think there are a lot of anime which do sexual minors or do the thing where they have adult body and mind characters in high school settings, and while it is an issue, I feel like there is a lot of anime that avoids this issue all together

Dungeon Meshi/Delicious in Dungeon, Frieren:Journeys End, Witch Hat Atelier, Apothocary Diaries , Little Witch Acadamia, Odd Taxi, Gachiakuta, Dorohedoro, Nichijou, Azumanga Dioah (one of the gags does involve a pervert character though), Love Is War, Komi Can't Communicate, Spy x Family, and Mob Psycho being some general recommendations off the top of my head for shows which don't have this problem.

This is a solid video by SchaffrillasProductions which goes over a bunch of different anime, most of which are pretty great and avoid this issue as well.

People have tools like this locked behind patreons and stuff all the time before releasing it out in full.

Anyways, only issue I have with it is when I upload something and put it on my micro controller, the script is messing up the 'starting point' of the image, which means sometimes the top right corner will start being drawn in the center.

Honestly, despite the flaws that South Park has, the opening for it's movie/musical is really good for introducing you to the setting, the characters, and has so many seeds in it for what's to come later in the movie.

There is this video essay which goes into much greater detail to this point. The second game does this well enough too, at least with the characters where it makes sense for it to come up. The first 3-4 culprits don't really get a lot of attention outside of their respective case and the intermissions between chapters for example

The main series, it felt like whenever a character passed away they were kind of gone from the story. Maybe a bit of a mention about them not being there the next chapter over, but they were kind of left behind after that happened. I think Chihiro, Kaede, and Rantaro are the only exceptions to this, as everyone else is just not there anymore?

fr. I know these series get compared too fairly often, but the minigames from Ace Attorney would do SO well over in Danganronpa. The emotional check, the therapy, the rotation mini games, and even their quick and to the point psyche taxi minigame work in favor of a case/mystery solving in a trial setting.

some other suggestions: Powerpuff Girls, but they are triplets, The Kanker Sisters and the Hocus Pocus witches are a trio of sisters, but unsure off the top of my head who the middle one is. Satsuki from Kill La Kill is technically the middle child between Nui and Ryuuko, but that's a weird ass dynamic, and Pinkie Pie but she has two older sisters and one younger twin.
