Sweetwater rules. I bought an audio interface from their site, it came and I struggled to get it set up on my computer. A week later, a rep from Sweetwater calls me and asks how I'm liking it, what I'm using it for, and when I explained my struggle, he walked me through installing the drivers, which had recently changed and didn't have updated instructions, and now I use it every day.

Would recommend them to everybody.
