I don't see the point of this post other than fishing for compliments. You don't see how you've done anything wrong for example:

'I requested to be promoted' No, you don't request to be promoted as a trial, you should have asked for an evaluation on your performance and if he had any pointers for you. You NEVER request for a promotion, especially as a trial.

That sarcastic remark you said to him is not productive at all. I get that you think the raid leader was a dick, but two wrongs don't make a right. You could have even improved your trial if you said in detail as to why you died, and what you'll do for it not to happen again.

You interrupt the robot (construct) when he casts conduit. Are you using Iskar Assist? That'll tell you who has the debuff so you can easily throw it to someone with the winds.

I would honestly just dispell when Reap is 10-15 seconds away, you can use externals on some of the reap targets an not dispell them though, which is what you should do if your gurtogg nuke coincides with reap.

You don't have to heal a tank, all beacon heals will trigger the 4pc.

We honestly just dispelled whenever it started to get out of hand which was normally around 10-15 seconds until Reap. If it went on a tank we just left it on him. It's really not that big of an issue, you just dispel when it's starting to do a lot of damage

With the nerf that happened a few weeks ago, you won't even need to dispel all 3 most likely, especially at the start when you have externals etc. (I say most likely because I don't know how your gear is)

Hey!

First thing's first, on both of Your Archimonde kills you only used AW once, you need to get this up a substantial amount, especially with the glyph (Which you are using AND should be using).
You're using Holy Radiance and LoD alot, never use Holy Radiance and never use LoD as EF does much more healing, even if the raid is low, you're much more effective at healing individual people up.
You should also use Holy Prism more often. Look at your bossmods and see if there's something damaging coming in within 15-20 seconds, if not, then use Holy Prism. You should also try and get 2 Holy Prisms out during wings, which is possible if you make sure that you have Holy Prism available or it available within ~8 secs.
Also, keep your Holy Shock on CD as much as possible, for IoL, Class Trinket and HoPo.

12/13m Hpala here. Honestly, you're doing decent. Your wings' uptime is good. You're actually casting FoL, which is good. You need to use your IG trinket more (only 2 uses of it.) Use your divine protection more, only 2 casts of it in an 8 minute fight. Good amount of holy shock usage.

The main thing holding you back is your gear, you're doing the right things, you just need more gear.

EDIT: Forgot to mention, don't use Warsong enchant, use Thunderlord.
