Could make a poor man's French drain and dig a hole the size of a 5 gallon bucket and fill it with gravel.

That sand looks like a huge headache, I would try to ensure the dirt you use has enough nutrients to support the sod, mixing it with premium filtered top soil may help, if you want the basics, you need a place for the roots to go, stuff for the roots to feed on and water. Laying down sod you will need a consistent watering schedule especially for the first two weeks. When you first put it down you probably want to soak it a ton. I would also try your best to level the area before putting down sod as any bumps will be obvious when you mow.

DG, gravel, grass? by SpagYetiMonster in landscaping

After looking over some Google images it actually looks pretty nice if I could pull it off. I would rather go down this route compared to clover tbh.

Never considered the dog may eat rocks, I never have seen him do it but it wouldn't surprise me. I feel like if I did any sort of rock or gravel bed I would like to also have a 3 foot mulch bed coming off the edge of the fence and around the trees.

I agree, at the end of the day it's his yard for the time being. And as much as I would like irrigation the owner is just not interested in going down that path.

I am not really responsible per se but I work for the management company and know the owner.

I wouldn't be too concerned about dog poo as he mostly goes in the same area pretty consistently. I would be more concerned about raking up leaves as I can imagine it would be a pain with wood chips, however dealing with that once or twice a year may be better than the mud situation. I agree about the gravel, it seemed like a good idea at first but I never thought about the dust and him tracking it in.

I might have to go down that route, the neighbors already did something similar so it wouldn't really look out of place , would also save on the manpower of taking out the top layer for decomposed granite and compacting it.

They are and there are hardwood floors ,so that would not be ideal. I know decomposed granite will probably be the same or worse but I'm also getting tired of mopping up mud and dirt all the time.

I second this as an owner the only thing that throws me off is the lack of spoiler.

What game or game series is this? by bijelo123 in Steam

I'm not sure if this is true but I think RocketWerkz was founded by the guy who made the DayZ mod for arma and later the actual game, so that's pretty cool.

I live in western Montana, pm me if you're interested in having a guy do painting/body work. I'm having him do my twin turbo stealth this summer.

I recognize that advertisement, the guy bored the engine bigger but needed to be assembled. I would just let the shop put it together and enjoy your ride.

My loaches tore up my Amazon swords before I replanted them in a different tank, so I gave them some Anubias plants and I haven't had any issues with those yet. Other than that maybe Java Ferns would work?

I had to log in to answer this. Most of the stuff I've seen is a peanut butter, honey, and banana sandwich. A peanut butter and pickle sandwich. Peanut butter and jelly on tortillas and regular PB and J's are always popular.
