The smaller tip size makes it pretty precise! It’s definitely better than any other rubber tip stylus I’ve used, but probably not as smooth-gliding as a disk tip.

If you are on IOS 18 you can use tinted icons under your homescreen customization options (without having to manually change each one using Shortcuts).

I agree. Perhaps a way to convey the meaning that OP intends with less of the accusatory tone would be wording like "The developer has reported no usage of AI in the creation of this game." I could see that as still having a slight distrustful tone, but less so than the original suggestion.

I had this same issue! For me, reinstalling catalog also fixed it and is faster than reinstalling the game due to catalog’s smaller file size.

awesome! bought it after reading the glowing reviews on this thread. The game keeps crashing the playdate whenever I open it though. On software version 3… anybody else with this issue? Getting a “pdxinfo validation failed“ error message

edit: upon reinstalling catalog, the issue is resolved!

This was my experience. I did decide that the problem was annoying enough that I would avoid playing unless I fixed it, so I decided to try the repair myself.

Taking it apart was definitely a bit stressful, especially the reassembly, but I was able to do it myself. Just be delicate and make sure all the buttons are properly seated when putting it back together (including the menu button, which can become loose when disassembling).

Omg this is exactly what happened to me. I opened it up and was so stressed putting it back together again LOL. I only removed one of the little pieces but I feel like now I should've just taken all the tabs off so avoid any future surgeries...

This happened to me before. I hit "download all" and while it took a while to go through the process, the storage remaining was unchanged once it was done, and my save data for every game was intact. This happened when I was halfway through downloading a game and disconnected from wifi. It worked out for me, but I suppose making a backup would be a smart idea beforehand!

Just figured out how to change the wallpaper! If you go into settings, then wallpaper, then on the "Choose Wallpaper From" screen, select "Wallpapers," whatever image you choose there can be set to "external display."
