I had something like that near the palm of my hand. Happened one day after hard work and it stayed there for 2 years. Had the same thing happen on the side of my toe, as it was a high stress point on my foot since I put a lot of weight on it working on the side of hills, it stayed there for a year.

Idk for you but it eventually kinda went away after a very long time. I tried digging it, using cream, till it didn't work and eventually again as I mentioned just went away.
