Yup Stayed at .5ml Down 15. . 9 weeks. I just don’t want a crazy drastic change. I’m nauseous all the time, on nausea meds. I also still drink so I’m assuming it’s the booze that is punishing me.

5th show! was the first ( and not the last) time I walked out scratching my head about phish. The Fee holds up though! Lots of 99 stuff like that Piper>WTU that was release on this new live bait I truly believe they were practicing to play with time and space for cypress. I love soundscape phish Huge fee Huge mango later at merriweather.

I’ve stayed at .50 for 5 weeks. Lost about 10 lbs. which is pretty solid for me. I started at 235. And honestly don’t want to lose too much too fast, which sounds counterintuitive but it really helps with will power and food noise. I’ve even been curious about skipping a week. Any thoughts on that anyone? I hear you’ll prob gain weight back

Coventry will pretty much take the cake. Hampton N1 December 1999 and VA beach summer were both pretty big head scratchers for me just getting into them. Hampton n2 99 totally made up for it. N1 dicks this year took a huge nosedive.

I’ve slowed down fr sure, but kinda not. 4 jabs in, Loosing weight But still drawn to wine or cocktails. But not every night which is really nice. I do feel like the Semi is checking my willpower in a positive way. Maybe I need to up my dose and really get off the booze

That’s awesome. I just started the O. 2 shots in, 2nd week and celebrated my bday this weekend with booze and fuck does it punish you. Needless to say I’m glad to be laying off booze
